I’m a Yoga Instructor, coach and Kirtan leader. I am fascinated by the way the ancient practices of yoga can heal, elevate and transform us.
श्रद्धया Shraddhaya: With Faith
Shraddayah is a beautiful sanskrit word which can mean that which is done with faith, belief or careful attention. These are all elements that are essential for a soul led, holistic and transformative yoga practice. Shraddayah can also be interpreted as “Everything you need is within you.”
Like most people I started yoga to help me physically, but soon I realised I had been drawn to yoga subconsciously for a deeper connection to something much larger than myself. I had an internal yearning for a greater meaning to my existence and an answer to the mystery of it all. I had always been pulled towards devotional practices and spirituality without really ever knowing why. Yoga has filled and continues to fill the sacred cup of healing, transformation, self and spiritual enquiry for me and continues to change my life on a daily basis.
My Approach
Yoga has the incredible power of connecting you to your true self. It is a brave and courageous journey to embark on the path to yoga and to knowing yourself shadows and all. With my gentle guidance and coaching I can help you to tune in to the the true reality of who you really are, and in turn reap the incredible and life changing benefits that a holistic yoga practice has to offer such as:

Greater self awareness and ability to view yourself and others objectively
