What is transformational coaching?
Many of us hear the word coaching and we immediately think sports coach: someone who instructs and mentors. However coaching in its purest form is an empowering and deeply transformative collaboration: The Coaches job is to inspire and enable you to begin to listen to your true inner soul voice, to help you move past any blocks and to begin to gravitate towards living a life that embodies the highest expression of your most authentic self.

What is 1:1 Yoga coaching?
Yoga coaching is in my opinion one of the best ways to learn yoga. It is a highly personalised way to work with your coach, within a framework and plan that help you move towrds your specific goals. Within this framework is much room for discussion around the philosophy of yoga, whats happening in your personal life, healing work, unresolved issues, your spirituality and much more.
Can I just learn yoga?
Yes of course! But please bear in mind that Shraddhaya yoga is a full spectrum holistic yoga practice, so philosophy and spiritual practice goes hand in hand with asana and movement.
How do I know whats right for me?
The best way to decide is to book a free Zoom consultation where we can talk through what it is you want to achieve and how I can best support you. Theres no obligation and its a great way to see if I am the right fit for you.
What is Transformative coaching?
Coaching is all about helping you begin to listen to your souls true voice. A good coach is there to support and guide you in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental way. They will also help you get to the source of what might be holding you back, and empower you to begin to move forward. Transformative coaching can help you shift perspective, begin to heal, or move into a new era of your life, whether it be changing careers, recovering after ending a relationship, or simply becoming more of the person that you want to be. The possibilities are endless.
Why yoga and coaching?
Coaching and yoga are a beautiful combination, they just work so well together. Working together with my clients, over time we develop deep connections and trust and inevitably whats playing out in their personal lives, comes to the yoga mat. The coaching element allows us to explore that together through the lens of our physical, philosophical and spiritual practice, allowing us to explore, process and move towards solutions together.
Is it online or in person?
I find that yoga coaching is often better in person especially if you are brand new to yoga and need more guidance with your asana (posture) practice. That being said online is also a great option and we can be entirely flexible, sometimes blending a mixture of the too, so that it suits your schedule.
