With powerful breathwork techniques, transformational asanas and traditional devotional chanting, our classes will open your heart, calm your mind and enable you to go back out into the world centered, grounded and in flow. All classes are suitable for beginners and proficient practitioners alike! everyone is welcome.

Join this gentle yoga class combining stretches, functional movements, yoga poses , breathwork, guided relaxations, meditation and chanting. A nourishing and holistic class to integrate mind, body and spirit with a diffrent theme inspired by yogic philosophy to help you feel back in balance mentally, physically and emotionally

Join me for breathwork and meditation class to help soothe the body and calm the mind. Using the ancient yogic practice of "controlling" the breath, we can greatly influence not only how we feel physically, but we can help shift our mental and emotional states too. Once we have used the power of the breath to bring us back into balance, we are then perfectly primed to dive deeply into our meditation practice. With time and practice, meditation helps us to gain a stronger sense of equilibrium-mentally, physically and emotionally  and helps us connect to the core of who we really are. This class is suitable for all levels and will include some gentle stretching.

GENTLE MORNING HATHA YOGA

WEDNESDAYS 10:00-11:00

My Hatha Yoga classes are gentle, all levels (suitable for beginners)  incorporating all of the elements of a traditional and authentic yoga practice: Movement, breath work (pranayama) relaxation, chanting (using the voice) and meditation to help calm and soothe the body, slow down the mind and connect you to your centred self, leading to a more balanced and less stressed nervous system. I am passionate about what these ancient practices can do for us in our ultra modern super-stressful era.

This class is held downstairs in The Henderson Suite. Please bring your own yoga mat.

​Join me for this powerful online devotional Kirtan experience, to help open your heart and release any energetic blockages in the body. Chanting is a beautiful and powerful way to help bring us back into balance by using sacred mantras and the voice to express and release. This isn’t about having a beautiful singing voice, but rather about a transmission and expression of divine energy: whatever that may feel like for you. Using the voice allows us to be more fully ourselves and to express and voice that through sound that we might not otherwise feel able to. Kirtan can be uplifting, joyful and deeply expansive. You can expect call and response chanting lead by Helen Taylor with simple musical accompaniment.
