shraddhaya Breathe Into Awareness online

Join me for a class to help soothe the body and calm the mind. Using the ancient yogic practice of "controlling" the breath, we can greatly influence not only how we feel physically, bit we can help shift our mental and emotional states too. Once we have used the power of the breath to bring us back into balance, we are then perfectly primed to dive deeply into our meditation practice. With time and practice, meditation helps us to gain a stronger sense of equilibrium-mentally, physically and emotionally  and helps us connect to the core of who we really are. This class is suitable for all levels and will include some gentle stretching.

shraddhaya online kirtan

​Join me for this powerful online devotional Kirtan experience, to help open your heart and release any energetic blockages in the body. Chanting is a beautiful and powerful way to help bring us back into balance by using sacred mantras and the voice to express and release. This isnt about having a beautiful singing voice, but rather about a transmission and expression of divine energy: whatever that may look like for you. Using the voice allows us to be more fully ourselves and to express and voice that through sound that we might not otherwise feel able to. Kirtan can be uplifting, joyful and deeply expansive. You can expect call and response chanting lead by Helen Taylor with simple musical accompaniment.

A pranayama & Meditation Toolkit For Life

This is an online course designed to equip you with the ancient Yogic tools of Pranayama (practices using the breath) and Meditation that can be easily utilised in everyday life situations such as:

 

When you are stressed

When your heart is heavy

When you are in pain

When you feel stuck

When you need to create change
When you need to focus or concentrate...

 

This course will teach you how to use these practices combined as a yoga toolkit for emotional and physical wellbeing. What you will learn are go-to practices to shift or elevate your mood, change your energetic field, and transform your physical energy.

You will also learn about how the breath affects the nervous system and the amazing benefits of using the breath and meditation combined.

You'll also receive a simple PDF with instructions for each of the practices that you can refer back to at anytime.
